I was charged the price of an actual shampooer after I vacated on July 31, 2011. I was also told the $300.00 pet deposit was refundable if the pet did not tear the carpet up. The carpet was and worn and the leasor knew the carpet was in old condition. I feel the $80.00 for cleaning - NOTE cleaning is not fair. Is there any way to have this company stopped or banned from accepting money and charging an enormous fee for removal of nothing? My pet is four pounds. The manager waived the walk thru of the apartment when I was moving. This practice should not be allowed and I should be refunded the $80.00 cleaning fee.
