Claimant says: "Received a Violation letter from our HOA Stating: REMOVE COMMERCIAL VEHICLE FROM PROPERTY AND/OR SUBDIVISION. COMMERCIAL VEHICLES CAN NOT BE PARKED IN THE SUBDIVISION. We complied! 7 weeks later, we got a Fine of $31.03 ...(I had parked at the Curb for 10-15 minutes to run in and use the restroom)! Since then...I've been touring the subdivision with my Camera, Pen and Paper! Taking Pics and writing down addresses, license #'s etc. I've mailed the 2 HOA offices and their Atty.
