This was an info commercial on TV. The item is a finger nail stencil kit. They advertized it sold for $10.00 plus $6.99 shipping and handling. You could also receive a free manicure kit for and additional $6.99 shipping and handling.
When I ordered, I was asked if I wanted to add the manicure kit to my order. I said no.
The sales person did not tell me I had no choise. That the stencil kit and manicure kit was a package deal. I stated very clearly that I only wanted the stencil kit.

When I ordered, I was asked if I wanted to add the manicure kit to my order. I said no.

When I received my order it had both kits and I was charged the additional $6.99.
I called the company and was informed that I could not get the stencil kit by itself and that they would not refund my money. I was also informed that if I returned the package and it had been tampered with, I would be charged a restocking fee. They never told me how much that was.
Common sence tells you that I had opened the package or I would not have noticed that they had sent and charged me for both items.
I requested that they refund my $6.99 and they refused. The kit was supposed to be for my grand daughter for Christmas. Now I don 't know if I should give it to her.
