Claimant says: "I had a door to door goods booking from Pune to Bangalore dated 4th Aug 2010. It was clearly told prior to booking to deliver the goods on weekends only. But they tried to deliver it forcefully on weekdays when no one remains on home. After that they did not delivered my goods. I had to pay extra 2500 INR for my own goods delivered through the godown incharge. I want the whole money back now.”
