Claimant says: "I took my suit pants in to be altered, I needed the pants taken in. The owner made me pay in advance for the service. After about a week I came to pick my pants up, and I took them home. After about another week I tried on the pants and discovered that my pants were not altered, instead they were only pressed. I then took my pants back to the owner, he stated that he never had the pants for alterations.
