A few days later, we called the manufacturer to check the price of that kit and they told us that the retail price was +/- $130.00; we called some others contractors in Ft Myers and Naples and they confirmed that price, and more than that, they can do the whole job for 300 to five hundreds dollars!
So I called back Service Star to get a refund for what I consider very abusive and unfair; at first, I talked with Mr Michael Hussion,Jr Operation Director, then with Mr Matthew Foster, Service Manager, who e-mail me a detail invoice of the work they do and offering me a refund of... $125.00 for the 2-year preventive agreement, which I never asked for!
By the way, the service man told me that their cost for the UV KIT was $1200.00 while Mr Foster wrote on his detail invoice that the retail price is $600.00. Realy weird!
Last week, I called Mr Foster thre times, but he never deing to call me
