Complaint Types: theft , Mr. Richland and his son came to pick up some antiques, he would not sign a paper concerning the items purchased for my records for the estate I was closing. while his son was loading the items purchased, the senior Richland tried to take some tools off of a table and it distracted me. H

Claimant says: "Typed paperwork he would not sign listing items he was only approved to remove. A small slip of paper he scribbled his name on. I asked him to write is correctly and he refused again.”
