Claimant says: "On April 15. 2011 I paid $999 dollars for an all inclusive weeks vaction for 2 at the villa de palmar through a promotion by Reservation Globa Services. I agreed to sit through a promotion for 90 minutes while I was there. I had one year to book the reservation from the time it was offered. In mid september I requestd a week in January 2012.
