Claimant says: "Hired Red's Tree Service to cut two trees, first tree was in my front yard, I was told by James Frazier who is the owner that they would cut the tree down,clear the brush around it and make the yard look like they had never been there, as to the tree in the,back yard I made it clear to Mr Frazier that I wanted the entire tree taken down, when I returned home that afternoon, the brush that was around the first tree was still there, the stump of the tree was still there and the yard had not been cleaned up as was promised by Mr Frazier.Then I saw the tree in the back yard! I had made it clear that I wanted the whole tree cut, he cut half of it! When I called him, he acted surprised that not only did I want the whole tree cut down but I had wanted the front yard cleaned up, he said he would come over and fix the problem, never showed up and never called,so I called him again, this time he came to see what was wrong,promised the work would get done and left, never showed and never called, when I called him the weekend of Presidents day, he said that he had gotten called out of town. Four different times I called him and four different times I was given an excuse as to why he had not shown up, finally I called him and told him I was going to the police if he did not call me, an hour after I left that message he,was at my house, he finished cutting the tree in the back yard and cleared the brush, he did not have a rake with him and since he broken mine, he could not rake up the wood chippingse from the tree, he said he would be back and for me to give him a deadline as to when I wanted the work done, this conversation took place on or around March 1st, the deadline I gave him was March 16th. As of now I have neither seen nor heard from Mr Frazier, and I really don't care to, the reason I am filing this is so that anyone else who uses him will at least write out a contract for him to sign before they use his service.
