Claimant says: "I was going to build a Ryan home and decides a couple days later I dont want to go forward. I gave them a $5000 deposit that my wife and I took a long time to save and they wont give it back. They never started building, IN august the sales person and manager said if I sign before end of august and my house was not sold they would refund the deposit and NOT force me to take the new home. I decided in september that I would consider but we never agreed on the plans for the house. I just want my money back”
