Claimant says: "I purchased a real estate study course Private Liquidation System by Stacy Kellams on the 9th December, 2009 using my debit card, my payments were reduced from 3 x $997 to 2 x $997. I found that I still had to purchase even more information in order to succeed with the material. My father became ill in December and later passed, I wrote requesting a full refund explaining the need of the funds to assist with the arrangements. I was told it was too late and that the material is online and therefore accessible anytime I want. I had not touched the material and I did not find the service provider manager helpful. Her attitude was rude and abrasive. I filed a complaint with the BBB #90173632 and the Company's manager replied stating that they had offered me a refund and several telephone calls to extend help in filling out the refund form. Since this is ultimately is what I wanted, why would I have ignored their valiant attempts at giving me back my $1994.00? The BBB attempted a mediation session, however, the Company refused to respond and there was nothing that could be done to force REISecrets to comply, and therefore my case was administratively closed without satisfaction. It was my intention to take this matter to the small claims court and wrote explaining this to the Company,June 9th, 2010 by certified mail, they did not reply and the matter still remains unresolved. Upon joining a marketing company InfoUSA.com, I learned of this service and am requesting your intervention to recover my money.
