Claimant says: "On September 8th I noticed the swimming pool pump was making a loud noise. I called Pool Services that day because they replaced the motor in October of 2010. The cost was 486.44, and had a one year warranty active. They stated they refused to honor the warranty and I was told they would not come back to work at this house because my wife.
