Claimant says: "THIS COMPANY WAS FULLY AWARE THAT THIS PROPERTY WAS BEING FORECLOSED ON BECAUSE ONE OF THEIR AGENTS ADMITTED IT TO ME AND THEY ARE UNFAIRLY AND UNJUSTLY RETAINING DEPOSITS THAT THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO RETAIN. I AM HOPING BY MAKING THIS PUBLIC, THEY WILL NOT DO THIS TO OTHER TENANTS AS TIMES ARE EXTREMELY HARD AND THIS IS A VERY COSTLY ACT TO RELOCATE AND THE COST OF MOVING, NOT TO MENTION THE STRESS OF BEING TOLD YOUR HOME CAN BE TAKEN AT ANY TIME.”
