Claimant says: "Charged for full month for 10 days, over charged vehicle driver, had my own truck and people. Supposed to have sr. discount as in telephone book yellow page ad. did not get it. Hired on 10/31, pd for move and month of Nov. storage. Got furniture out of storage 12/10, said I would be charged for the 10 days, charged for month, also truck, man power, etc, supplied my own. No disc. for sr. given. I'm 71. Called company on 12/12, Christine said she'd look up the bills and call me back. Never did. Have called every day. ” ...Show more »
