We received a letter from Chase dated August 23, 2011 on Sept. 15, 11. We called them and are working with them to pay it off. Nothing else has been done to our knowledge on the balance of the credit cards or the modification of the mortgage. We have made several calls to the firm and only on a few occassions werre we able to speak to someone. Most times we had to leave messages for them to call back. this doesn't happen. We decided to sign with Platinum because they kept saying in 3 to 4 monts you will be out of debt. October 27, 11 it will be 1 year with nothing done*” ...Show less »
