Complaint Types: Bad business practices, I just feel ripped off.

Claimant says: "This company is taking advantage of sigining up college students under contracts that are very unreasonable and costly. Then when the student realizes the expense and the parents are made aware, the cost of the service contract cancelation is extremely high. This is clearly a case of deceptive practise that is taking advantage of young neive kids who are out on their own for the first time.”
