He returned on May 13, 2011 and took some measurements. We have not heard from him since. A complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau and the Kansas Attorney General to no avail. Chris does not return our calls. The Kansas AG did get a hold of Chris and he was to have sent Jonathan on December 15 to replace parts. My daughter needs her piano put back togeather. I just want the parts back. I'll find someone respectable to tune it.”
