Claimant says: "Hello,
My reason for filling this claim. back in April of 2010 I purchased a car from the philadelphia auto superstore for $12,999.00. September 12, 2011 the car caught fire. The next day i called the place i brought the car from and a guy picked up me: may i speak to a supervisor. he:say speaking! me:im calling because i purchase a car from your car lot and it and only had it for 1 1/2 and it caught fire he: that's not my problem u should've had a warranty. me: i understand that it may not have been your fault but i paid yal $12,999.00 for this car im just asking if yall can at least accommodate me with at least a partial refund cause it didnt even last for a good 2years i never had this problem wit any of my other cars....(cuting me off/not leting me finish)he: OK THAT NOT MY PROBLEM I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU SAY I'M NOT GIVING YOU NOTHING IN YOU CAN DO WHATEVER YOU WANT I SALE 50 CARS EVERY MONTH!!!HE slams the phone in my ear. After that I decide to try and get another car at a dealership. The sale man ask if i ever financed a car before i said yes so he ran my credit and it doesnt show on my credit report so i decided to contact the bank the car was finance thru. I ask them why my payments was not reported to the credit beareu? They ask for my ssn i gave it to them they couldnt pull my acct up from my ssn. So after giving them additional information they said the ssn the AUTO SUPER STORE gave was incorrect. After that i had no choice but to go thru with financing another car at a APR %12.9 instead of a APR %6.99 . At this point my credit rate is not where it should be from me financing a car because the PHILADELPHIA AUTO SUPER STORE DID NOT GIVE THE BANK (WESTLAKE FINANCIAL) THE CORRECT SSN.... SO NOT ONLY DID THEY SELL ME A CAR THAT HAD A WIRING PROBLEM THAT WAS CONFIRMED BY THE COLLISION DEPARTMENT (REEDMAN TOLL) BUT THEY ALSO GAVE THE INCORRECT SSN TO THE BANK....AT THIS POINT IM ASKING FOR THIS A SETTLEMENT! I AM VERY VERY UPSET AND WANT THIS TO BE RESOLVED!
