Claimant says: "This is simple claim...they advertised by 1 pr, get 1 pr free....I believe they DID overcharge me anyway....I could have bought 1 pair retail for $100 less...so they overcharged me $100 AND I NEVER GOT THE 2ND PR I WAS ENTITLED TOO. Big companies like this need to understand that these types of practices will not be tolerated. Let's face it...corporations only pay attention when it costs them money. I am fully entitled to $100 refund for o/charge PLUS $500 in punitive damages.”
