Claimant says: "On 4/24/2012 I was going to rent a unit from paramount located on 6019 S. King Drive. On good faith I gave them on month security & one month rent via a post-dated check of $2000.00 (4/30/2012) and $200.00 cash. John Martin an employee of Paramount told me to give him 200 cash so that he can get stated on some necessary things so that the apartment can be presentable.
