Claimant says: "To whom it may concern. I brought my 2004 jetta to find out why my car was running with for pistons failing and a report and when they had the car for 7 hours i was charged 1,055 for a sensor and a report. To top it off they gave me my keys back because the car wouldnt start back up. i feel i was charged for service that they didn't fix the problem . i work hard for my money and i feel i was ripped off. How come do these ppl do and get away with this and say to me have a nice day?”
