My son as he was walking to the gate to enter the playing field he started to remove the barrel sleeve. Mike the owner ran up to my son and yelled at him, that he wasnt playing at all.That he was out.This was a birthday party for my neighbor's son,my son's best friend and all of their friends.When my nieghbour tried to explain that this was my son's first time and that he wouldn't do it again, Mike said no exceptions, no refunds and that my 13 yr old wasn't even supposed to be on the premises.This is by far the worst business I have ever had to deal with. All they kept telling me was that I signed the waiver. So they ripped us off, humiliated and hurt my child. And they can legally because of that waiver. I had to file this complaint because it isn't right what they did to my son. Not to mention my husband who served this country honorably and at age 43 has lung and brain cancer, due to his exposure in the Gulf War. I informed Mike that my son is going through so much, to please give him a chance.He was super rude and couldn't care less.Wow what are people thinking.
