Claimant says: "PUBLIC AUTO SALES ON NUMBERAL OCCASIONS HAS PLACE THEIR OWN INSURANCE COVERAGE ON A CAR I AM BUYING FROM THEM AND CHARGING ME FOR THE COVERAGE WHEN I HAVE CONTINUES TO SHOW THEM THAT THE CAR WAS NEVER LAP IN COVERAGE FROM MY OWN PERSONAL INSURANCE. I KNOW TO WHOM OF OTHERS THEY HAVE DONE THIS PRACTICES TO INCLUDING MY SON WHO IS ALSO A CLIENT.
