Claimant says: "I don't belive I should be lied to by a business that is as good as Petsmart. Not once but twice. First in the amount quoted for service and then for the service they said they would provide. i did not have this problem in any other Petsmart. But unless this is resoved I won't be in another and niether will anyone I know...”
