Claimant says: "Their service (equiptment failure) went down on 8/25 in the AM and I reported the problem and it was not sorted out until 8/27 in the mid afternoon. Over two and 1/2 days without phone, fax or e-mail. I was told I needed to purchase a new piece of equiptment (a routher that cost $108.86 including tax) because it was bad. The router that I had was operating perfectly when I powered off on the evevning of 8/26.
