The router that I had was operating perfectly when I powered off on the evevning of 8/26. I asked this company to pay for the router and they refused even though they said it was not impossible that their equiptment failure caused my router to fail. They offered to give me $36.00 which is the cost of the service. My office was at a stand still for 2 1/2 days and they offered me $36.00. I do not want to be a customer of this company and I asked them to waive my contract. I was told they would get back to me. I find this to be unacceptable behavior for a company that is supposed to provide my company with all my communicuations.*” ...Show less »
