I have a refund of $178.31 due and I have requested the refund 8/13/2010, 8/24/2010, 9/8/2010 both via telephone conversation with customer service and by written request for balance due my company. It is now October - still no check. They claimed originally they had to be sure all agencies were paid. My phone service has been disconnect from them per invoice of 7/1/2010.
