Claimant says: "Apparently I was going too slow on Route 87 in Newbury Township Ohio as I passed St Helen School while the young children were at recess. The mail delivery truck tailgated me and when I turned right a Hillview/Crestwood I noticed in my side view mirror a very agitated driver, making arm gestures at me. That's all.”
