Claimant says: "On 11/10/11 I purchased a website from this company in the amount of $398.00. I realized that this was not for me and called the company to ask for a refund. I was told that their 30 day refund policy required me to send a certified letter. On 11/22/11 I sent a certified letter asking for a refund .I then followed up with another phone call to them and was told that if they do decide to give me a refund it could take up to 60 days to see my credit. I explained to them verbally and in my certified letter that I refused the cd rom and the unopened package was returned to them.The customer service dept said this was out of their hands now, it was turned over to their refund dept to make a decision.At this point , I felt that they were not going to give me a refund. They were giving me the runaround. I called my credit card company which was citibank and requested a dispute. This company responded saying that I did not cancel per their return policy and I did not return the cd rom and therefore have refused to give me my money back. This company has given me a hard time from day one. This company is unethical and dishonest, Their intentions were to not give me refund from day one.
