At the end they called and wanted 3500.00 more dollars. I was told both modifications were done and that the banks would settle pennies on the dollars that was owed on the past due balances. I withdrew the only monies I could from my retirement to send them this. After talking to the banks the forclosures were not done an they did not collect money on the past due balances. This was not how forclosures were done. One modification was finally done and I jus finshed the 2nd one myself months later. To sum this up they collected 5250.00 from mee for a service that they quoted me 3000.00 and only did one. They also cost me an additional 950.00 in foreclosure fees due to poor and untimely service on thier part. They owe me 4450.00 refund.
