Claimant says: "Have spoken with M&T Banking concerning the Business Account at which the bank and I found that there has been unauthorized payment to the National Auto Company for the last two months on a vehicle that the company does not own nor the owner of the company which is myself. The Vehicle belongs to a Mr. Broderick Winfield who no longer works for the company his account number with National Auto Finance Company is 215-9138-7906. C&B Cleaning Inc. wish that all funds be credited back to the company's account.”
