Complaint Types: I just feel ripped off., Problem with a service

Claimant says: "I took three new black work shirts to this cleaner be pressed only(i told him this).When i went to pick them up with my other clothes the shirts had lint all over them. He said he would redo and he did. Now they looked worse than they did the first time. He stated they were not messed up that it is just lint. I explained that i can not wear them the work that way. At first he said the lint came from pressing then he said that when they are washed with 50 to 60 other pieces that it happens. He said he could redo again.” ...Show more »
