Claimant says: "I purchased a vehicle with this company on March 22nd. Only 3 days after the purchase I begin to have problems. I called Mitch/Smith Chevolet, several times and they refused any responsibility in the purchase of the car. It continues to have more, serious, problems and has become unsafe to drive. This was represented to be a reliable car. I paid money in good faith for a drivable vehicle. It is getting worse and worse . . . . . do I have any recourse?”
