Claimant says: "I purchased a mattress in 2007 that has an indention so bad I can't roll to the center of my bed. I only weigh 108 lbs. When I started looking into the Warranty that was 5 yrs. they told me in only had a 3 Yr. Warranty. I have paperwork I signed that said it was for 5 Yrs. They decided to wave the 2 yr and let me go thru the Warranty process but it came back that in was not indented 1 and 1/2 . Like I said I cant even roll over in my be because of the hump.
