Claimant says: "I had a new roof installed on my rancher (House) in August 2010 and there are pop up's all over it. So I called Master roofing to complain , and called many times after for a year and had one visit from Nathan Hinkle # 570 582 8725 he assured me this would be taken care of, now that was two month's ago. I called hih again and he said it would be brough up at the next meeting that was 3 or 4 weeks ago. Nothing has been done . not even a phone call. There many DEFECTS from when it was installed .
