Claimant says: "I purchased A septic system from marshall const. co on december 20,2006 in the amount of 5,000 dollers. come to find out that my septic was cracked on the inside MARSHALL CONST CO. gave me a warranty of 35 yrs on the septic tank on his invoice.Trying several times to contact marshall co no response three weeks ago marshall co finally called me back telling me that they will come and try to repair the tank. I try to contact marshall const co to resolve this problem but again no answer.”
