Claimant says: "The repairman came to my house on 10/14/11 to repair my stove. He replaced one part and charged me 2.5X the cost of the part. I was also charged 2 hours labor and the total was just under $400.00 The oven lit when he worked on it but, it hasn't worked since. He was supposed to return within a week with another part and never showed or called. Since then, I have called and made 4 appointments for him to return and get the oven working.
