I wanted the tower on the floor, not on my desk, and when he lowered it, he said GodDamitt! Did not aplologize. The computer came back with a very small font I can hardly read, and said it could not be changed. He set my brower where I can't go back to previous screen. He said he did not erase my doc. & pics. Lied.
Said they were not there to begin with. Then he said sorry. I did not save my docs on a disc because I do not know how. I had many many pics and documents I will never get back thanks to him. One day he called and said You really messed this computer up One does not talk to a customer like that!!!!! I just want anyone to know who is about to choose his services, to not.
