Claimant says: "When I enrolled dedt rerief program it advertised Korean newpaper on Aug 2009, they said fee would be charged only 4.2% of total amount of debt. However, they additionally charged aruond $2,000 more. I request to cancel the service on Mar 2010, they refund only $997 of $3,438 I paid to them so far.(monthly payment) They insist that lawyer fee cannot be refunded, but initially, there was no lawyer fee.(witness:Maryland agent John Kong )”
