Although they installed the new windows for me and replaced my doors with a slider, they never finished adjusting the windows and put the weather strips on and they never got the windows, especially the 9' slider inspected for structural support. It has been over 15 months. The permit is now expired and they've collected 90% of the funds already. They also have in their possessions my old doors and windows. They are not returning my phone calls.”
