Upon my going to receive my car from the body shop, payment wasn't made. Both the body shop, A-1 Body Shop, and I had a 3 way conference on the phone with a Vanessa Williams. Ms. Williams was to return our call with answers. This has been going on since July 23 rd. We have received no response.
