Claimant says: "All I want is for them to fix the problem that they left me with, I paid up front for a loan modification that was to combine both loans into a loan that I could afford which was $2,000.-- a month. In stead I'm left with one one at $2,283.00 and the second loan pendind a collection. The late payments that was on my credit report are still there over 11 months that cost me $30,000 in late charges which was added to my mortgage payment.
