Claimant says: "In november 2011, while I was having a billing problems with Pepco, 2 people walked into my store announced that they came to resolve billing problems with Pepco. I was so happy to hear that, I gave them the Pepco bills and explained the overcharges. They told me it will be fixed once they go in and look it over. Then They ask me to sign a form.
