Claimant says: "I ordered Lean spa from Orange Conneticut & cancelled my order. I shipped all 3 packages back with the requested RMA number. I package was opened, the other 2 I refused to accept. Never heard anything. I called to speak with a manager whose name is Wade. Not only was he rude, but said I wouldn't get a refund because I did not put a tracking number on the package. Claimant says: "I request an offer, I used the product, it did not work for me, I called and returned two set in one shipping now they said that only going to returned the money ($79.99)for one and not ( $79.99 x 2= $159.98 ). I returned the product April 27, 2011, and still waiting for answer from them.”
