I called LT Auto Repair to have it towed back and the owner named Loc told me not to have it towed to his shop, he cannnot fix, and to take it to the dealer. I call Western General and told them what just happened ant they told me to take my truck to another repair shop. I found Autotrend Diagnostis repair in the yellow pages and had truck towed. Truck was repaird and and Western General refused to pay Autotrend. Western General says they will not pay for the same repair issue. they even ask me to get their payment back from LT Auto. I have ask for a refusal letter and still have not received one. I had to pay $1238 for the truck repair.*” ...Show less »
