Claimant says: "They promise to help us with our home loanCountrywide/Bank of America, and they charge us $2,250 for one year to do it durning the year of 2010 , after the year ended nothing was done, we received a letter in 2011 to pay another fee for another year for the same amount, and we feel like they was taking us for a ride and I did not send in any more money, but i felt lost and did not know what to do. I want my money back.”
