Claimant says: "i was injured 2/06 /2006 on my job, i have complied with everything the workers compensation board and the state ins. fund has asked me to do with no credit to the lawyer, i have all documents concerning my case and have submitted these to the workers compensation board, state ins. fund and lawyer , the last hearing was 10/07/2010 and the judge ordered the lawyer to pay me $1,300.00 based on the ruling the lawyer has not cooperated as of 12/10/2010”
