Claimant says: "Had new gutters put on my home. Also they were to attached a downspout on my porch gutter & fill hole that water was running out of. The downspout is fine, it's the plugging the hole that did not work. I had this work done over a year ago. I have contacted them over & over & they say they will be out but to no avail. I am handicapped & the problem causes an ice rink at the foot of my steps which is causing me & my cane to slip ....”
