I had some repair work done on my house this spring and the person doing the repairs pointed out an area of the front roof eave that was darken by mildew, and it was obvious that the area in question had been overlooked from the previous painting. I have called the owner of the J.H. Painting (John Hinton) four (4) times over the past 3 months telling him about this problem. Each time he told me he would come look at the problem and get back to me. The most recent call was the first week of August. He has yet to contact me. Lastly, I wrote a letter to John Hinton and sent it on September 6th to please call me about this matter. As yet there has been no response.
There is no reason for me to believe that this was anything other than an oversight, not intentional, but I do not think it is unreasonable of me to have the original job completed as paid for.*” ...Show less »
