Claimant says: "I filled out an on-line survey and also checked a box to receive a trial of Ivory White whitening for 99 cents.. My account was charged a 1.03 and then 3.87 fee.. In a few days I received a box with 2 packages of Ivory White.. 1st package was the trial the other was a normal package of ivory white. I assumed this is why my account was charged twice.
