Claimant says: "I purchased two toner cartridges for a Dell printer. I opened one of them and found that they are not correct. I called the company and asked for return and credit process. I was asked if the product had been opened. I told them yes, and they told me I could not return that item. In addition, I was told they do not carry the cartridge I need.
